Question for The Sims FreePlay

My sims freeplay has been checking for updates for ages! It won't do anything and is stuck on the «checking for updates» page (I'm on the kindle fire by the way)

Restart your device. If it is stuck in the app store than just restart it. Make sure you have a good wifi connection as well. If you restart your device and then try to enter the app and it just looks for updates, try setting it down and leaving it alone for a while. If you come back like an hour or so later and it hasn't done anything than you need to talk to EA. You can contact them through their website which is www.ea.com
