Question for The Sims FreePlay
I'd like to build a beach house, but it won't let me. I haven't gotten any "prepare for expansion " goals either. Also what level will actor and agent be unlocked?

First you must complete all of the Goals then after you complete all 8 goals you have the ability to build a beachouse unless you are building a house right now

You have to build the Real Estate Agent building and have an unemployed sim to apply for the Job. Then the goal thingy will tell you to do something else to achieve the area to build a beach house

You Have to get to level 24 to build the beach Houses and you need a real estate officee(:

I'm only lvl 18 and I've already built my agency and I am currently building my beach house. My "new" Quests are separate from my normal quests, look in the top left of your screen and you'll see a woman in a green circle with a red number next to her. Those are your new quests, in order to get the Actor/casting agency you have to complete 3 separate Quest lines. 1st quest line is for the Real Estate Agency it's about 5-6 quests long. 2nd quest line is for opening the new area and building your new home, it's about 8-10 quests long(this is currently where I am at lvl 18). I'm assuming the next quest line is for the movie casting agency/ actor and I think it will be anywhere from 10-15 quests long. Hope this helps you

To get a beach house you have to be min level 10, I'm level 12 and I'm 1 step away (bild promshens r us)

I'm a level nine and I built the beach house and the agency I have to wait until level 10 to get a new sim to live there unless I delete a preexisting sim and adds sim to the beach house I just don't know what to do after I get that far.

I know it says level 9 on the beach Houses but I'm level nine and it doesn't work. Also it said to complete the Quest.what do I do?
