Question for The Sims FreePlay

I need to pass a goal by getting a free home package but every time I try to connect to the online store my server always goes out no matter where I am. Help???????

Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your wi-Fi. Also try turning your device on and off - and not just to sleep, but actually OFF. And delete the app from your history then reenter the app. One of these three things, or a combination of all three, usually solve glitches in this game for me.

Try fully turning of and possobly deleting the app then adding it again
