Question for The Sims FreePlay

I've done all the things said but when I want to go back in the game it says the -conection problem- error, altough there's internet, I've wait for it for a while and still in the same deal, so I have to put save and exit and go back so I can play again, but the speed up process doesn't work. Help?

Ooh k I had the same problem look at your date that might be a problem check to see if it needs updates. If none of these works your device might of kick you off your Internet system.
