Chances are it is on the costume shop...I have just finished the Fashion contest and I unlocked the gardening outfit, and I can't find it nowhere. Im afraid it is on the costume shop and I havent built it yet. It needs 200000 Simoleons.

Thanks. I looked all over, but forgot about the costume shop. The garden outfit can only be worn by one sim at a time.
