Question for The Sims FreePlay

I had one married couple get a divorce by complaining enough times for the option to show up...but now I've been trying that same technique for 2 days & this other married couple just will not divorce. I've tried making them cheat too & no matter what, the divorce option doesn't show. Anyone know what's going on?
