I am confused by this also. Last night, day 2, I was up at midnight. So the pop up showed the Santa needing help. I was able to complete three Goals then the next one required over two hours so I went to bed and figured I could do it this am. But when I got up, the option to do the goals was over. Although Santa is working on his sleigh and I had the putting golf thing in my store. I am assuming if you do at least one goal ou are helping Santa . The additional goals give you LP.

The same exact thing happened to me. I did day one goals; then yesterday at midnight I saw that day ha begun and I had 7 goals to achieve. All of a sudden I got a message saying I did not help Santa in time and I got the mini golf. I no longer see Santa in my Sims track but I still see the Santa icon and when I click it it tells me Santa is fixing it sleigh and to come back Tomorrow to help him. I was never able to complete any goals on day 2 and now it's gone. What can I do...????

I don't think there Is anything we can do. At least Santa is still working and we got the gift. Just not all of the goals to gain lp's.

Same thing here, did the day 1 goals, after feeding the reindeers santa disappeared, in sim tracker he is but cant be whistled or found...he is stuck on day 1...i got the fireplace ang golf thing, snowman and the candycanes.never used cheats so it cant be because of that...on day 2 there was 7 goals but it disappeared while i was getting stuff that was for sale....and i havent been able to do any goals after day 1...

Reading ae forum and seems like this is an issue. I never cheated and am stuck also.

Omg I'm having the same probelm :s did you do any Cheats or something? Like changing the date and time .. I guess my santa dissapeared after changing the date..

I changed my date forward and my santa disappeared completely T-T my stupid brain why did i cheat
