Ok, it says I have 1 neighbor yet I don't see them. Is it possible to visit each other houses or interact at the night club?

Your sim is the first neighbour, unless you do actually have another neighbour, but if you open up your sim tracker, you will see either one person or two, if there is two, invite the sim to your house

Yea I got it. What can I do when my main sim is stuck in another town? I would like to get this solved b4 the next update (mysterious island) comes out.
