Buy a phone, tap on it and select the option that says something like 'call grandma'. This only works with preteens, adults have different options.

Your sim has to be preteen not toddler or under.Also get your preteen and go to phone (phone is in elatronic section in home store) and click the phone and it should say in one of the sections call grandma click it and there you go have fun guys!

I know it should say call grandma but it's not showing that option. I am now stuck cannot complete the weekly task.

Buy the cheapest white phone! I tried with another and didn't work. And it's for a preteen.
