How do you send a Sim to work??? I try everything but nothing works

You click the relationship Status tab and tap the first tab at the top. There will be a list of your people and you'll see when they have to go. Or, if you click the tab on the list there will be a list of your people. Under each person are two buttons. If it's time for them to go, the 1st button will be flashing. Click it. It sends them to work. If it's not flashing, they don't need to go to work.
I'm playing on an iPad. Hope this helps!

When it says it's time for your sim to go to work, press the flashing suitcase button.

I have done both of those things. But supposedly there is a way to send them with out it being time for them to work.

Set the time on your iPad or whatever device you're using to 5 minutes before they're due in for work.

Set your time/date in the settings to 5 minutes before they go to work then press the suitcase on the side. You will see that the area with the sim's suitcase is blinking. Press it.
