Question for The Sims FreePlay

I've finished building my Gallery but it won't be done! The Icon has turned blue and all, but when I tap it nothing happened! Well I've done thetime cheat when I was building the Gallery, so when I turned it to the normal time, I have to wait like 210hours. I've waited, but It won't be done!! Helppp I'm stuck on this Build Workplaces task...

It is because of the new update it worked before but not now. Hope I helpd. Email EA if you can.
