Question for The Sims FreePlay
When I'm on sims freeplay on my ipod it won't let me add a sim it is done loading but when you are suppose to pick your person like female or male when I click it, it freezes and then shuts off. How do I fix it without messing it up or losing my progress?

I have no idea. If you know how to get Tech support from EA, go ask them. They don't seem to provide any support for this game. You should back up your game by sending the info to the cloud, just in case you lose progress or the game entirely. In the bottom right icon box, tap the ... , then the middle right cloud icon. Good Luck!
