Did you click in the childrens store? You have to do it. So, going to appear,kind, a list of stuff for you buy.

Yep, you click on the childrens store... Or you could into building mode, and there should be a child section.... And then you'll find the rocking house..
-*BTW
The rocking Horse is just thre for decoration, the toddlers can't play on it... If it is for the goal, then you HAVE to buy it... But note that it's just for decoration kk lol !

To find the rocking chair you have to go to the " toddler " section & it's going to be inside there
