Question for The Sims FreePlay
Is there a way that I can make so that I can make this game appropriate for my 9 year old? She really loves it but I don't like the fact that they can have sex.

The game is the game and there isnt any way you can put parental restrictions to exclude any parts. The Age for the game is given as 12+ because of this with the Warning of some sexual content.
