Question for The Sims FreePlay

Are goals in order? Cause I had the game last year and I remember a goal of buying a house with lp for my third sim. But I lost that game and have reinstalled it. I already have 4 and still haven't received that goal? Have they removed it? Or is it because goals are not in order and I'll receive it later?

I believe they are in order. I have played this game on my iPod and iPad. Both times that I have played the Goals are in the same order. So I believe they just changed it.
