No you can't sell garden or baked goods. But you do automatically get $$ for them when they are done. Also XP.

It doesn't reset your game if you be saved it in the cloud.Guest answered:
Yes your toddler can grow up make sure that your toddler is the active sim and click have birthday,it costs 5 LP so try to buy LP from the store if you don't have enough,or grow something and harvest it.

Apparently, you need a three star oven and you bake things and then you sell them. But I don't know, that is what I have heard. XxGuest answered:
No you can't, but the higher the time is to make or plant the stuff, the more simoleans and XP you will get
