Ok, anyone wanting to know this:
Babies do not use the toilet. There is no way for them to use the toilet. The baby's bladder Bar will always go down until you Age it up into the next life stage, where it can stand up and will be able to use the toilet (climbing up and their whole body being blurred out). If it annoys you, then tough. They just can't use it, although changing their diaper will get up their hygeine. I hope this helped someone.
