Dumpster Diving For Great Justice

I have a problem with even doing this mission because Erik Franks sent us to die not 20 minutes ago, but whatever. You just need to run around the outside of New Haven and dumpster dive the Dahl loot boxes to get Erik his dirty magazines back. You'll have to fight a lot of midgets to get it. Return to Erik when you are done.
