Cheat Codes

Below you will find all the known cheats for grand theft auto iii. These all worked in the PC version of the game, and most are verified as working on Android and iOS. As mentioned in the Introduction, the problem is bringing up a keyboard so that you are able to physically enter the codes.

On Android, you can hold the menu button with most phones to bring up the keyboard over the top of the game. If your device doesn't support this, you can try downloading the GameKeyboard app. On iOS, you only really have one option, which is to use a wireless keyboard. There's no other option unfortunately.


Once the cheat has been input successfully, you may see either a cheat activated notification, or hear a confirmation sound. This doesn't happen all the time though so it's worth checking to see if your cheat did in fact activate even if you haven't heard anything.
