For Joey's missions you need to visit his Garage, marked with a J on the radar when missions are available.

Mike Lips' Last Lunch

This is another timed mission. Head to the spot marked on the map and you will find yourself at Marco's Bistro. You need to steal the car marked by the arrow, then head to 8-Ball's autoyard. Try to avoid any damage to the car as it needs to be in the same condition as when you picked it up. Once the car has been rigged with a bomb, return it to where you collected it.

Farewell 'Chunky' Lee Chong

You need to get a gun for this mission, so visit AmmuNation first of all. Next, go to the objective marked on the map at Chinatown. You need to shoot everyone in blue. Once the police turn up, stay on Chunky's tail and make sure he doesn't get away. You need to retrieve him from his car and kill him.

Reward: $10,000

Cipriani's Chauffeur

This mission begins with you in a limousine. Follow the laundromat owners to get rent. At the laundromat there is an ambush, so instead go to the next objective.

Reward: $3,000

Dead Skunk In The Trunk

You need to go to Greasy Joe's Diner for this mission. Get in the car that's waiting for you and the Forelli brothers will begin following you in their own vehicle. You need to follow the objective marker to find somewhere to hide, then take the car to get crushed.

Reward: $10,000

The Getaway

For this mission you need to acquire a car that can hold plenty of people and is nice and fast. Once you have it, head to the meeting spot marked on your map. Honk your horn and Joey's guys will get in the car. You then need to drop the off at the bank, which they proceed to rob, before going to a pay-n-spray to get your car repainted and ditch the cops. Finally, drop the robbers back off to complete the mission.
