Other Cheats

As well as all the Cheat Codes available in grand theft auto iii, there are also some standard cheats and exploits which you can utilize while playing the game.

125 Health

You can increase your maximum health and get a boost to 125 Health by heading to the game's Red Light District. Make sure you are in a car and stop next to one of the prostitutes (it should be fairly obvious which is which...). If you have a nice enough car, the prostitute will get in your car. You need to drive out to a quiet location and your money will begin going down. Eventually, your health will reach 125, and will stay this way until you are next wasted. It's a useful tip before taking on difficult missions, and is pretty fun too.

Infinite Ammunition

To get infinite ammunition for any of your guns, just save up more than 9,999 rounds. Once you pass that point, you will receive infinite ammo for that gun. The weapon will still need reloading, but you will never run out of ammo for it.

Easy Vigilante Missions

When chasing a suspect during a Vigilante mission, pause and unpause the game. This should cause the suspect to exit the vehicle and allow you to run them down more easily.
