You dont kill him !!
On the mad scientist career get to robot thingy and you should unlock this thing bur it make your sim in a good mood.
Then invite malcolm round greet him then make the sim thats in a good mood activate for defence and it should zap him.
He'll say something like I give in, here's everything I owe you and you only unlock like 200 simelons.

Do you hv a baby in the house?? If you do, when the baby cries,, you invite malcolm and greet him. He'll hear the baby's crying and say that he can't take it anymore and to shut up the baby.. U'll unlock 5000 simoleons.. Thats what I did.. :-)
