Question for The Sims Bustin Out
I'm at shining things lab now and I really want to get married to Mona from club rubb but I don't get the option to "propose". I even have 100 and a heart with her. Is it a clich in the game? Please respond fast. Thanks.

You cannot marry in-game characters like Mona, only people from Free Street (the in-game Free Play mode).
