Question for Luigis Mansion

I've beaten both mansions and all of my ghosts were put in the Ghost Portraificationizer but when I went to the Gallery, portrait number 9 wasn't there. How do I get the 9th picture?
PLEASE HELP!

Portrait #9 is of Spooky the Bulldog - located in the Boneyard...
But you need to catch this Ghost to continue on in the Game...
So - if you've beaten both Mansions - why don't you have this Portrait/Picture!?!
You might have the wrong number - check again!?!

Actually number ten is spooky and number 9 I sue pea. So what you have to do is go on the roof. Go to the right side. Climb up the ladder, fall through and open all the chests. Get all the ghosts, get the key suck up the drape go to your gameboy horror.

Scan the mirror you should be sent back to the great hall go to the 2nd floor right before turn you flashligth on you should see a door unlock it go to the vase get water walk around amd cacht them all!!!! Hope that helps!! ^_ ^.

You mustv'e missed jarvis he is a optional ghost but he shouldn't be that hard
