Try going 2 jobs on the menu 2 c what skills you're lacking. Also check out the score. It could b eithr that you're lacking skills or are a few points short. Trust me I got stuck here but it only took practice. If you need skills buy skill objects or go 2 the library.

You have to be really patient. Look at your jobs and see what skills you need and focus on getting those. Also you have to get the right amount of money to. Hope this helps.
