P.S. Are you sure that Latios knows Psychic twice?

1- Well, not exactly. If all were level 100, then maby, but Fissure is not the best move to know. It has such a low accuracy, it's just a waste of time.

2- Again, fissure isn't the best move. I wouldn't teach it to watever pokemon you want to know it.

3- Well, not compared to seen 200, own 200 (mine. don't meen to brag), but, you're geting there.
