After I put my game shark in they said on tv that a blue flying Pokemon was flying around, and I already had caught latios so I only think of it being that other legendary on sapphire (name excapes me). Can you inform me in which Pokemon it is?

The RED one is Latias(Female) is on Ruby & The Blue on is Latios(Male) is on Sapphire.
You mean Kyogre? That's weird...

Well there is rayquaza but that is green and latias but that it Red. So I dunno which Pokemon it is. Originally you can't catch the other one. So maybe it's a glitch and it's the same pokemon.
If you already caught latios then caught latias you can capture latios again
Its probably just a mishap of the game. It is talking about latios.
