By using surf or rods.

there are many lakes.

You have to tell which one.

If I think what you mean you need a mac bike to go up that slide thingy.

Once you have reached the NW corner of the Safari Zone with the Mach Bike, there should be some ledges going back down, or keep going up by the TM 22, and there should be a pond there.

If you meen the elevated one, first you have to get the MACH BIKE.

When you enter the Safari Zone, you have to go left as far as you can. Then go up, and use the MACH BIKE to ge tup the muddy path.

Go down the two steps. Then go down the ledge that you can't go up on.

Keep going down, and then left. You should be there.
