1. You hae to look in their tags to see like if it says dry then thats beauty. Sour-tough, Sweet-cute, Bitter-smart, Spicy-cool.

3. You hae to tell me wat you said. It depends wat you say. Sy something positive.

4. You have to go to the right around where team magma or aqua hidout was. You don't hae to surf there just stand on the land and be patient. Use a super rod.

1- The best berry to make pokeblocks out of for beauty, is the kelpsy berry, as the pokemon can eat more of them. Note that it is not the berry that raises the stat. You have to blend it into a pokeblock. To do that just go to any contest hall, and talk to the old man next to the square shaped BERRY BLENDER.

2- The guy who tells you what kind of pokeblocks your pokemon likes is in Mossdeep City, in the house right above the pokemon center.

3- If you want some good berries, say these things...
Cool Latios- Durin Berry
Challange Contest- forgot, but it's rare
Overwhelming Latias- forgot, but it's rare
Great Ball- forgot, but it's rare
Beautiful Beautifly- Lum Berry

4- You don't catch Starmie, you catch Starue, and evolve it with a water stone. You catch Starue at the far east side (right side)off the edge of the shallow water that you can walk in. use a super rod off the edge. But it's rare, so be patiant.

1: Dry pokeblocks are the ones which raise beauty when fed to pokemon. To get these, a simple guideline is to blend dry berrys with few or no other attributes.

2: The man who can determine which pokeblocks your pokemon like is in Mossdeep City.

3: Are you sure you're putting in the right phrases? They are challange contest, cool latios, great battle, overwhelming latias and super hustle (to access some of the words neccessary for these sayings, you need to fulfill a certain requirement such as having seen the pokemon mentioned in the phrase). If you are, I'm not sure as to what the problem is.

4: Starmie can only be obtained through evolving a staryu with a water stone. Staryu are caught by fishing in Lilycove City with a super rod.

I'll answer your third question you can't get more rare berries from the berry master's wife if you've already got the rare berry (whatever it is).
