Question for Pokemon Ruby

1.How do you get across the broken floor at the ski pillar plz help me 2.Do you go to other islands such as joto kanto ect. and how do you get there.

3.Where do you get febbas I realy want him/her and how do u get to mirage island

Get the Mach bike to answer the sky pillar question!

To get across the floor at Sky Pillar you must use a Mach Bike to navigate safely through all the floors.

You cannot get to Johto or Kanto on Ruby and Sapphire.

Feebas can be found on Route 119, but only in certain tiles. What I mean is, there is about 400 tiles in the river on Route 119, but Feebas is only in 6 of them (and it's a different set of 6 tiles for each game, so don't ask your friend where he found it).

get one you must be Surfing and then use the Old Rod in one of the six tiles and you'll have 75% chance of seeing a Feebas. And if you change the saying in Dewford Town Hall, the 6 tiles where Feebas are will change.
To get to Mirage Island, you must catch a Mirage Island Friendly Pokemon and then show it to the guy in the house to the far-right of Pacifidlog. If he says he can see Mirage Island, surf out to Route 130 immediately.

The only disadantage is that there is no way of knowing which Pokemon are Mirage Island Friendly.

Well, apparently feebas hates the rain. Go to the road up to fortree when it rains, the search under the bridge closest to the city. I found at least five of 'em under there.

You need the mach bike to get across the broken floors of the sky pillar.

And even so, as with all legendaries, save before ya battle, and have pokemon at least lv. 60 / lv.50 and know good ice moves.
