Question for Pokemon Ruby

I want to know if there is a way to get to the battle fronteir in this game? Do you need a ar or gs or is it impossible?

The Battle Frontier does NOT exists in Ruby Sapphire FireRed or LeafGreen. Only in Emerald.

The Battle Fronteir is only in Emerald.

You can't go to the Battle Frontier in this game, only Emerald.

It's only in emerald version. However, you can go to the battle tower from the boat in Lilycove for some battling fun!
