Question for Pokemon Ruby

hi. i'm a new person here. I've just got 4 questions.

1: how do i evolve my seadra into a kingdra?

2: my friend says that you need a dragon scale to evolve 1. is this true?

3:if it is true, then how do i get one?

4: i have heard about the jiracji and deoxy rumors. can you actually get deoxy or jirachi by doing the space center thing?

1. To evolve Seadra, you must trade a Seadra holding a Dragon Scale.

2. Your friend is right.

3. Use Covet or Theif on pokemon. They hold Dragon Scales.

4. I don't think so.

Yes you do need a dragon scale and you get them on wild horsea and bagon.

2) I'm not sure because my game launches reset from 53 to 3!

1. Give seadra a dragon scale to hold and trade it to a friend, it will evolve.

3. Get into a fight with horsea then use the move thief or covet, if it is holding something your pokemon will snatch it and will hold it after the battle (otherwise you can just keep cathing horseas hoping you will get lucky).

4. i have no idea but i know that jirachi is obtainable from pokemon box on the gamecube.

So you want a Kingdra? Good choice!

1.To evolve Seadra into Kingdra the Water-Dragon type poke'mon Seadra has to be holding a Dragon Scale and then you have to trade it.

2. Yes, your friend is speaking the truth. You do need a Dragon Scale to evolve Seadra.

3. To get the rare Dragon Scale you have to get one from a Horsea by Pacifidlog (sorry if I spelt it wrong) or from Bagon in Meteor Falls.

4. I hate to say this but I really don't know if that rumor is true or not.

Your friend got it right, and Dragon Scales can be found on feral Horsea or Bagon. I highly doubt that the Space Centre thing is true.

3: Use theif or covet on a horsea then catch it (It's hard so Good Luck!!).
