Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do I get an eon ticket to go on the space shuttle in Mossdeep City? Or how can I get a Wish Tag please answer.

The Eon Ticket takes you to Southern Island. And there is no Wish Tag. And you can NOT go to space.

A Nintendo Event or use cheat and Eon Ticket is not for the space station in mossdeep it can only go to the southern islands! If you want to ride a space shuttle in mossdeep it must match in your pokemons ID no. Same in lottery in Lilycove It can also unlock the mirage island.......... And about the wish tag....... I dunno that was supposed to be my question......

For everyone who wants to know how to get eon tickets you don't have to cheat or go to nintendo events. All you have to do is get an e-reader and scan an eon ticket onto the game.
