Question for Pokemon Ruby

This is getting annoying. I have a Regice with fully-treated Toughness (as much as it will go, and he won't eat any more Pokeblocks), and yet, in the Master contests, he only gets 2 votes in the visual rounds (where the trainers are introduced) every time. It's pretty stupid and unfair that everyone else gets 4 votes. Am I doing something wrong? Yes, because of the Pokeblocks I used, he has some beauty and cuteness too, but the toughness is maxed out. Help?

When you use a Pok�Block that wouldn't suit the contest type, even if it's a small percentage, it will down you a little. Beauty in a Toughness competiton doesn't really look well, does it? It's like the moves, if you use a Beauty move in the Toughness Contest, you lose audience points rather then gain one. So, even though you maxed the toughness, you would need to try and cover up the Beauty and cuteness. You could go to the Lady at the Fan Club in Slateport and get a Toughness Scarf, that will help a little bit.

Yes, this happend to me to only with sizor. You will have to deal with it and use the moves to get your crowd going. but i would have sticked with beauty for regice because he is ice, and ice is almost always a beaty condition attack.

Try re-nameing it thats how I got 4 stars I re-named my blazeikin to sonicflare.

If you look at the screen where it shows your pokemons toughness, beauty, cuteness etc. There is a ring of stars around the picture that points the the different things. Once you fill up the ringof stars you can't give it any more. My blazekin(don't remeber how to spell it) maxed out on my old game.
