Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey how can I get latios??? But I have this following legendary/rare pokemon.....

1. Groudon
2. Kyogre (A.R.)
3. Rayquaza
4. Charizard (A.R.)
5. Bulbasaur (A.R.)
6. Squirtle (G.M.)
7. All regis
8. Latias
9. Milotic
10. Quilava (G.M.)
11. Jirachi
12. Deoxy
13. Trecko

And how can I get a Eon ticket and go to the second map???

Run around Hoenn until you find him. And if you used AR to get the other Pokemon, why can't you use it to get Latios?

1.Found after beating Elite 4 randomly.
2.Go to a Nintendo Evbernt or cheat.

Yes beat the Pokemon leage then you can catch the latios when you catch latios, then you catch the regis then you to the slanet port then go inside it then a old man will be were then you talk to him then you will get the eon titket
