Ok, where can I find Eruption the tm

You can't the only Pokemon I'm sure that has Eruption is Groudon, and I'm 50% sure that a Camerupt can learn it.
WHAT!?!?! There's no eruption TM..........Groudon is the only pkmn that should learn it and have the move after you train to a certain level.........
There is no TM for Eruption. Groudon learns it at level 75 and Camerupt learns it at level 45.
There are 3 pokemon that can learn euruption.
1. Groudon Lv. 75
2. Camerupt Lv.45
3. Torkoal Breed 2 and the baby will know euroption. (a baby!)
