Give the woman in the house directly in front of Route 110 a harbor mail to obtain a coin case.

You have to go to slateport city and buy a harbor mail.

Then go back to Mauville City and talk to the lady in one of the first houses and she will trade it for the harbor mail.

First off,buy some harbor mail!

Then,go to mauville.

Go to the lady who wants harbor mail and she will trade here coin case for the Harbor mail!

Go to SLATEPORT CITY buy 1 habor mail then go to MAUVILLE CITY walk down to the house next to the pokemart, talk to the lady she will trade you the harbor mail for a coin case.

Give the woman the Harbor mail in mauville by the guy who says YOU Could be on tv next....

All you do is trade the mail which is Kind of wierd.......
