First talk to the curator thingy in the mueseum...then beat all the poke'mon contest rankings...Normal,Super,Hyper,and Master with Cool,Beauty,Tough,Cute,and Smart...

For every Master Rank Contest you clear by accumulating more than five hearts on the final results screen — the equivalent of 25 appeal hearts during the contest — the artist at the hall may create a superb painting of your Pokémon and ask to exhibit it at the Museum. If you fill up the exhibit by clearing all of the Master Rank Contests, you get a Glass Ornament from the Curator and a Trainer Star.
