Question for Pokemon Ruby

I'm unfamiliar with Hoenn Pokemon so could somebody give me a list of worth while Pokemon to use my water, or sun stone on? Please?

Sun Stone Water Stone
Gloom>Bellosom Sapphire only:Lombre>Ludicolo

That is the ENTIRE list of pokemon. Those are the only Pokemon in Heonn that evole that way. It is worthwile to do both of those.
