Take either one — if you take one the other will disappear — to the Devon Building in Rustboro and go to the second floor. Talk to the guy with the resurrecting device, hand it over, and exit and re-enter the floor. If you gave him the Claw Fossil, you get Anorith. If you gave the Root Fossil, you get Lileep.
You take the fossils to the secound floor of the devon coporation building in rustboro a there is a guy who will resurect the fossil for you root fossil gives you lileep, claw fossil gives you anorith.
Root fossil turns into Lileep.Claw Fossil turns into Anorith.
You give them to the professor in Rustboro on the the second floor of the Devon building. He'll ressurect the one you chose and turn it into the pokemon it's supposed to become in a while.
The differance between the two fossls is that they are two differant pokemon lileep or anorithi forget which one is which. when you chosen the one you want you take it to the devon coporatin and talk two one of the people on the second floor and he will resurect it.
The claw fossil gives you anorith, while the root fossil gives you lileep. Give the fossil you picked to the guy in the southeast corner of the Devon Corporation's second floor and do some other stuff for a while before returning to pick it up.
