Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello I started My game over again(for the fifth time I think) because I wasn't happy and I have a few questions.

1. I started with Torchick and does anyone have a good team ready for the other five?

2. What are the words you tell the berry masters wife and what do you get with it?

3. What is the secret door everybody is talking about and where is it?

Thank You!!!!!!!!

1: Torchick's evolutions (combusken and blaziken) are quite strong, and with them you can defeat all of the gyms and the pokemon league. However, if you really want some powerful support pokemon, try these ones out.

Sableye-This is just about the best pokemon you can get. It has no weaknesses, can completely repulse psychic, normal, and fighting attacks, and has the ability to learn some awsome move combinations. The moves that I have found work best with it are brick break (the only worthwhile fighting move you can teach through a TM) or an alternate fighting move you breed into it, faint attack (guaranteed accuracy with a same-type bonus which brings it to 90 power) or another strong dark move, shadow ball (might weaken foe's spcl. defense and has a same-type bonus boosting it to 120 power), and night shade (exceedingly strong and useful when the sableye is level 100). Try to teach these to a male so you can breed its moves into other pokemon.
Located: Granite Cave/Sky Pillar (Sapphire version only)
Precursors: none
Evolutions: none

Flygon: Although this creature has more weaknesses than sableye, it is still fairly good. Even though it takes double-damage from dragon assualts and quadruple damage from ice attacks, electric moves pose it no threat and its effect levitate lets it dodge ground attacks. Complementing this, flygon can learn a wide variety of moves which, when used properly, can defeat any creature with ease. I suggest you teach it dragonbreath (has a high chance of paralyzing the foe and gets to 90 power with the same-type bonus), flamethrower (may burn the foe and is the perfect match for dragon moves, though since it takes 2.5 pages to explain my reasoning please just scroll down a ways untill you find my explanation to somebody if you wish to know why this is), earthquake (150 power with the same-type bonus as well as being able to execute super-effective assualts against many pokemon), and crunch (this helps to defeat psychic and ghost pokemon, two of the types most likely to cause you difficulty).

Precursors: Trapinch (Route 111-desert), Vibrava (Area Unknown)
Evolutions: none

Salamence/Rayquaza: These pokemon are not as resistant as the aforementioned two but are still only weak against rock, dragon, and ice assualts and, at least, able to dodge ground moves. Salamence also cannot learn as many move types, but both still have some strong move combinations. My suggestion is to teach them dragonbreath (salamence) or dragon claw (Rayquaza: this move has no special effects but has 120 power with the same-type bonus), flamethrower, fly (can dodge most [not all] attacks, causes opponent to waste pp [generally], and has 105 power with same-type boost; be careful when using this if the opponent knows protect/detect), and crunch (or if you want your Rayquaza to be more useful you could teach it surf instead).
Location: Area Unknown/Sky Pillar
Precursors: Bagon (Meteor Falls-back room), Shelgon (Area Unknown)/none
Evolutions: none

Medicham: This pokemon is weak against flying, bug, ghost and dark attacks and is affected by all move types. One of the more effective combinations it can learn is psychic, fire punch (may cause a burn), thunderpunch (might induce paralasis), and ice punch (occasionally freezes). Note that I haven't yet checked to see if Medicham can learn ice beam, thunderbolt, and flamethrower (since 3 heart scales are easier to obtain than approximately 240,000 in the game's currency), so if it is able to teach each of those over the corresponding punch.
Location: Victory Road
Precursors: Meditite (Mt. Pyre)
Evolutions: none

Latias/Latios: These pokemon are two of the best in the game, even though they are weak against 5 types while only dodging ground moves. Because they have the ability to learn the move recover, almost any HP deficit can be recovered in one/two turn(s) and their two types let them learn moves that cannot usually be used together (although doing so is not always a smart move). My suggestion is to teach them recover, ice beam (may freeze), shadow ball and earthquake.

Evolutions: none

As you might have noticed, I have only suggested pokemon you can obtain later in the game (as well as that 5/7ths of them are dragons). For earlier along, try to get an abra, surskit or alternate water creature & seedot/lotad, tailow, and zigzagoon(s) to fill the one/two spaces left in your party (these get you lots of useful items).

2: You can tell her anything that uses the words available to you. If you want to get the specialty berrys, you can enter certain phrases and she will give you them. The ones I remember for sure are "cool latios"*, "outstanding latias"*, "challenge contest", and "super hustle"*. Search this site to find the rest and note that she gives you just one of each per game (or per long while-I don't know).

3: This door is in Mossdeep City, and when you open it you get to fight Gentleman Nils or Lady Astrid.

Sorry that I forgot to put the reference information on. This information is "to be able to use these phrases, you need to fulfill certain requirements, such as having seen the pokemon in the phrase".
