Easy, use groudon to catch him, use solar beam till it gets to a red bar then throw every balls you have with a little help from god and your mom and dad you should be able to catch the sky high pokemon!!!

EspeonDude_ answered:

Use Shedinja. All you can do. Train your levels up like crazy. Shedinja will be protected from ALL of Rayquaza's moves except Fly. But you get warning when he flies up. So when he uses Fly the first turn. Switch. When a lot of turns pass by, throw them Timer Balls.

Also, where did your Master Ball go? O_O

Blademaster55 answered:

You just have to keep weakining him you may want to get ultra balls also.

Teach Swampert Ice Beam.

SwordsMaster answered:

Have your Swellow learn substitute (easiest way is to transfer a Swellow who learned Substitute via TM from D/P), then just keep using it until you have 1 HP left, then use Endeavor to reduce Ray's HP to 1. (You'll need VERY high speed though, so I would suggest training it on Linnoone, other Swellow, or if your friend has a Scpetile, keep beating that up via Secret Base battles. The Linnoone and Swellow give 2 Speed EV's each, and Sceptile gives 3 EV's.) Next, switch to Sabeleye so you'll be protected from Hyper Beam and Extremespeed. Don't use Detect during his Outrage attack though, it will confuse him and he might kill himself. If you want, you can switch to a Vulpix/Ninetails that knows Mimic and copy one of his moves, then use Imprison to seal it. Once you've stalled enough turns by using plenty of stat reduction moves and using all of your Detect PP, send him to sleep and switch to your Swampert then throw the Timer Ball. (If you use Hypnosis too many times, Ray will become more and more resistant to it. You should send out Swampert because he is a "Scary" Pokemon which means he improves the catch rate slightly.) If you can stall for 40 turns or more, you will get a HUGE catch rate bonus. (Credit of info goes to serebii.net.)
