I just started the game and I don't know where to get the hm cut will someone please help me please?

It's in Rustboro. Talk to the man in the big gray house next to the mart.

Go to the house next to the Pokémon Centre in Rustboro City and talk to the man at the table. He will give HM01 (Cut). You must defeat Roxanne to use it to chop down trees.

You need to go to Rustboro citys Pokecenter, and then go in the house on the left and talk to the guy there.

After you beat roxxane go left from the gym and you will reach the cutters house.

You get hm cut at rustboro city, at the cutters house, next to the pokemon center.

It's in Rustboro next to the PC (pokemon center) It's in a place called the cutter's house. LOL they need to make better puns......
