Is there a easier way to catch a Nosepass I've been looking all over the cave in Dewford and found nothing?

Nosepass are under rocks. Use rocksmash to encounter them.

I been using rock smash and I can't find nose pass.

Just use rocksmash at granite cave. Use it where there is lots of rocks.

You have to use rock smash on rocks in granite cave. Eventually you'll find it.

I'm not sure if there is another way but i caught might from rock smashing a rock. It took me a while to find one though. Cross Stinger said that Aggron can't learn Horn Drill, but i checked today and mine knows it. Does that mean i have a glitch in my game or something?

Get to Granite Cave and do something simple, like say, START ROCK SMASHING.

No there is not. Nosepass is the rarest Pokemon in Dewford cave, so, yes, it will take a little to a lot of time to find and catch.
