Question for Pokemon Ruby

On my poke dex I have 175 Pokemon out of 187 seen... I was wanding were I can't get the numbers 44,91,117,133,137,138,139167,177,178,180,186,and 196.
there names would help alot to.
plz and ty

The remaing Pokemon can be trade from ruby/emerald/fire red and leaf green. You can't complete your pokedex alone!

44: Shedinja: Have a party space open and a copy of the make of Ball used to capture Nincada when Nincada evolves
91: Bellossom: Subject Gloom to a Sun Stone.
117: Vibrava: Evolve Trapinch at level 35
137: Igglybuff: Breed a female Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff
138: Jigglypuff: Route 115
139: Wigglytuff: Subject Jigglypuff to the Moon Stone
167: Pinsir: Safari Zone northwest
177: Huntail: Trade Clamperl with Deepseatooth attached
178: Gorebyss: Trade Clamperl with Deepseascale attached
180: Corsola: Fish on Route 128 or in Evergrande City
186: Kingdra: Trade Seadra with Dragon Scale attached
196: Latias: Import from Sapphire, where it is caught the same way as Latios; Southern Island

#91 Cloyster: Evolve Shellder with a Water Stone.
#117 Seadra: Evolve Horsea.
#133 Eevee: Trade from FR/LG.
#137 Porygon: Trade from FR/LG.
#138 Omanyte: Trade from FR/LG.
#139 Omastar: Evolve Omanyte.
#167 Spinarak: Trade from Emerald, FR/LG.
#177 Natu: Safari Zone Entrance
#178 Xatu: Evolve Natu.
#180 Flaffy: Evolve Mareep.
#186 Politoed: Trade a Poliwhirl with a King's Rock attatched.

#117 is Vibrava
#133 is Lileep
I have no idea what # 137, 138, 139 are.
# 167 is ?
# 177 is Huntail
# 187 is Bagon
# 180 is ?
# 186 is ?
# 196 is Latias


{note the ?'s are Pokemon I don't have in my poke dex}
