Question for Pokemon Ruby

This is Ruby101 again,

Everyone remembers last time I asked about which Pokemon I should breed my MALE Sceptile and so and so, I only have MALE gendered starter Pokemon.

So can someone please tell me a sure answer on which Pokemon I should breed them with(EXCEPT the opposite gender of that Pokemon).

Last time someone told me to breed my male Swampert with a female Marill,but when I hatched the egg I got a stinkin Marill.

Well breeding a swapert with a marill will probably get you a marill OR a mudkip --- I also heard breeding a skeptile with a vileplum gets a treeko or somefing like that.

I'm sorry, but to get a Mudkip, you need to have a female mudkip, or its evolve forms for that. Sorry again.

The egg will come out to be what ever the female pokemon is.

So you need a female sceptile if you are going for a treeco.
