Question for Pokemon Ruby

Does anybody know the gameshark cheat to catch shiny pokemon? PLEASE. And please don't give me an AR code I DON'T have one. Please tell me Iv'e been looking everywere. E-mail me if you don't wan't to answer here. My E-Mail adress is [email protected].
