Do you mean the pokemon that circles or stars fly out of when its about to battle?

If you are you dont need anything but pokemon and a ruby-sapphire game.

A few days after I beat the pokemon league I found a shiny linoone on my way to Fortree.I found a shiny Zigzagoon on my way to Berry Masters house.I found a green marill that is now an orange Azumarill(it evolved!**)in the water between Vendanturf and Mauville.(the water closest to the Daycare Center)
