Feebas can be rarely found on Route 119 (Left of Fortree in the river next to Weather House) only when it is not raining.
Deoxys is a SUPER RARE Pokemon tht can only be obtained with an Action Replay, Nintendo Event and a couple of master balls (Yes he escapes from Master Balls)
Latios goes into the wild after you beat the elite four, and click on the TV when you leave your house (Choose the colour that you saw Ad)

1. This is going to take a while . . . Right well the person who left the last comment got it a little wrong - no offence whoever it was - Feebas IS on Route 119 where he said but it doesn't only appear when it's not raining - trust me I just caught one today. Now, how to explain this properly? . . . You know how every time you take a step in the game you go a certain distance? And when you take a step back you go back to the same place? Well, each time you move in a direction you move one "tile". Just imagine the world is divided up into little squares - imagine one around your character and every time you move you go into a different square. Following me? Well, when you go to Route 119 to catch Feebas, you have to search EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL TILE of water on Route 119 with your fishing rod. You should probably start at the Fortree end and work your way down - and don't forget to check the area at the top of the waterfall. These Pokemon only ever live in six of the tiles at once. Eg (for this diagram the tiles are Os, just because I can't exactly type a square)

^^^^^^^^^^^OOOO*OOO^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^OOOOOOO^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^OOOOOOO^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^OOOOOOO^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^OOOOOOO^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^OOOOOOO^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^^^^*OOOOOOO^^^^^^^^^^^

The *s are tiles where Feebas live. I've not drawn the whole of Route 119 because that would be a waste of time and space but you get the idea. Now, on each O, there'll be Pokemon like Carvanha, Tentacool etc, like on any route. But on the * tiles, Feebas live there. There are more than 6 Feebas, but the * tiles are the only tiles where you can get them. So you have to search every single tile for the Feebas. This might be a little daunting, but it's not too bad if you think about it - you could find the tile it's on on your first try. I found mine on my seventh tile. I would suggest getting into at least 5 battles on each tile just in case it doesn't show up first time you fish there (mind you, there's a 75% chance it will). Also note that the Feebas tile will be the tile the FISHING ROD is in, not the one you're in yourself - so, the one you're facing when you start to fish.

Once you've found a Feebas - which could take seconds, or hours, depending on luck - REMEMBER WHERE THAT TILE IS because the Feebas will always be found there until you change the "in phrase" in Dewford Town, so you can go back there any time and get more Feebas. Don't ask me why the "in phrase" in Dewford affects it, no-one knows. I think that's all you need to know. Oh, and try to get one whose nature is either Modest, Rash, Quiet or Mild nature because to make it evolve into Milotic, you need to feed it blue or indigo pokeblocks and these natures will eat more of these types. So, yeah, when you get one, max out its beauty stat with blue or indigo pokeblocks - talk to the guy in Mossdeep who can tell what kind it likes to find out which one it will eat more of - and it will evolve next time you increase its level.

And Feebas is a really crappy fish - the newer version of Magikarp - but Milotic is amazing and totally worth it.

2. Deoxy is a cheat pokemon and you need to buy a cheat cartridge of either Action Replay or Game Shark to get it.

3. Latios only appears after you defeat the Elite Four and the Champion. It wanders around the Hoenn region and it's really hard to find. Apparently, after you defeat the elite four, it is always on the roud west of Lilycove. You might want to check this out though as I'm not sure. Also, you can get Latios but not Latias as this is the equivalent only available in Sapphire version. Once you have seen Latios once you can use your pokedex to check where it is. It moves route every time you do eg if you go from route 119 to Fortree City, Latios will move.

Shoal Cave is north of Mossdeep City. You need go to the south entrance to Mossdeep, on the shallow water, then walk north along the shallow water as far as you can go. Stay as far left as you can too. Then surf in a straight north line and you'll find a small island with a tree and a sailor. Keep surfing north and you'll get to another small island straight ahead with two twins on it. There is a black entrance behind them - this is shoal cave.

1.What is feebas and wheres the best place to get it? :: Feebas is a Pokemon, Water type, ugly Pokemon, found in the six tiles.
2.What is a deoxy and wheres the best place I can get it? :: Deoxys is a Space Pokemon, need a Action Replay or Game Shark to obtain.
3.Wheres Latios I can't find it. :: Once beating the League, walking around until you find him is the best way, flying around won't find him. This part takes patience.
