Question for Pokemon Ruby

I just got an eon ticket ( I sharked it ) but the lady at the port will only take me to the other port and battle city! : (

I tried this at both ports*

Everyone should read this answer. Listen. The only way and eon ticket will work is if it is gotten by an e reader.
